We have juicy, delicious pears! We make pear butter and pear jelly from our produce. Firm, unripe pears can stay at room temperature to ripen. Check pears for ripeness daily by pressing slightly at the neck, or stem end, of the pear with your thumb. If it yields to pressure, then the pear is ripe and ready to eat!
